Departmental research focuses on molecular events underlying pathophysiological processes, and takes a translational medicine approach. Combining basic research and clinical research to develop translational paradigms, the Department seeks to develop advanced diagnostic technologies and innovative therapeuticstrategies for clinica! practice.
